ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES
Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge for every event.
Any guest may obtain an Assistive Listening Device by visiting the Comfort Inn Guest Services station at Gate A with a photo ID.
WHEELCHAIR ESCORTS
Wheelchair escorts are available by stopping by the Comfort Inn Guest Services station at Gate A during the event.
CONCESSIONS
Concession locations, food and beverage kiosks, and restaurants are wheelchair accessible.
RESTROOMS
All restrooms in the Sovereign Bank Arena are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome at the Sovereign Bank Arena.
All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
FIRST AID
First Aid services are available during all events.
The First Aid office is located next to Gate A behind section 104/105.
